Be Kind, April 2024

I really thought long and hard about whether I had it in me to summon up the energy to try to post a photo (which requires me having to process it first, and then think of a nice caption). The gloom I wrote about last week still hasn't lifted. It's a dense fog that shadows me, and while every now and then I think it might be clearing away, and things get lighter, tit's still hanging heavy.

In that spirit, this one is a reminder to be kind. To be kind to oneself, to be kind to others. To lift up one's eyes, just breathe the air around, and find the peace around. Like sitting under this tree here for a breather.
